As part of the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav (AMAK) celebrations, Ayurveda Day was celebrated in the Embassy on 2 November. Ayurveda products were displayed on this occasion along with a pictorial exhibition on Ayurveda. Shri N. Venkataraman, Charge d'Affaires spoke on this occasion on the various aspects of Ayurveda in maintenance of positive health, treatment of disease and the scope of bilateral cooperation with ROC. A short documentary was screened on this occasion. Many Congolese persons including Medical practioners attended the event.
