Eligibility for Visa

Business visa can be applied by the nationals of the Republic of Congo for a short, medium & long duration business trip/meeting/venture/establishment. All other nationals must have a stay of minimum of 2 years or more in ROC at the time of application.

Up to 1 year/single or multiple entry
More than 1 year and up to 5 year/multiple

Documents required     

• Two recent Passport size photographs showing full frontal view of the face without dark/colored glasses
• Online Visa Application Form to be completed at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in and print & sign for submission to the Embassy.
• Copy of the national Identity Card /copy of residence permit in case of a foreigner
• A letter of request from a business establishment in Republic of Congo and letter of invitation from Indian Company
• Copy of the commercial document (a copy of the registration permit and a copy of affiliation to a national or regional chamber of Commerce)
• Proof on financial standing
• confirmation on accommodation/ air ticket

Note: All nationals visiting from Republic of Congo to India need Yellow Fever Vaccination card
